The City of Lights
Kosskazoka is a city without slumber, known for its large population and fantastically colored Apparatum lights that leverage the illuminating properties of neon gas. The city is an economic powerhouse as all resources going in and out of Saen pass through it. Its streets are narrow, complex, and multileveled making it feel full, exciting, and intimidating. The city is famed for its gambling district, the Nightwell, where taverns, inns and casinos line the streets. While popular, gambling isn’t the only thing Kosskazoka has to offer. A little of everything goes on in this vast city.

Ruling over Kosskazoka is no easy task, and requires managing vast numbers of people, resources, and most challengingly its criminals. Crime within the city is nothing less than warfare. Fighting between rival gangs, and local law start and stop suddenly within Kosskazoka. It is a constant effort of carefully quelling crime, without sparking bloodshed.
